HRBP – Front, Middle and Back Office

Summary

Global investment management firm is seeking an HR Business Partner to cover multiple divisions across the firm with a population of about 1,500 employees. As the HRBP, you will build strong relationships with the management of each division, provide support in employee relations, talent management, performance management and training and development. Work closely with HR team to provide well-rounded HR support to your businesses. Develop relevant training programs as needed working with outside vendors to implement. Work closely with other HRBPs to ensure full coverage across the firm.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years of relevant HRBP experience. Financial services experience and HR partnership with front office areas are both required. Excellent skillset in employee relations, training and development, performance management and succession planning. Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset. Must excel in strategic, consultative skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Must be high energy, team oriented, have a strong sense of urgency and have proven relationship building experience.
