Rapidly growing fintech firm is seeking an HRBP to join their HR team. Build partnerships with business leaders, managers and employees to provide strong, consultative guidance and support. Coach and advise on leadership and team development, handle employee relations issues, partner with others in HR on performance reviews, succession planning, enhancing processes, recruit, onboard, and interact with others in HRIS, benefits and payroll. Work on ad-hoc projects as needed.


The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 5+ years of work experience including 3+ years as an HRBP. Fintech or comparable experience required. Must have demonstrated success in a fast-paced, rapid-growing environment. Strong consultative, analytical and communication skills. Excellent team player with a no task is too small mentality.
