HR Operations Manager


Global investment management firm is seeking an HR Operations Manager.  While providing white glove service to the candidate/employee life cycle, the HR Ops Manager will also supervise a small team of junior HR Operations professionals.  Engage directly with new hires and employees regarding any questions, look to enhance and improve processes, receive escalated questions, evaluate data, and oversee the coordination of, and often participate in, the orientation programs. Work closely with HRBPs, Recruiters, Legal and Compliance professionals and others as needed.


The qualified candidate has a college degree plus 7+ years of relevant HR operations experience including supervisory/management experience. Financial services experience required. Must have advanced technical skills and experience with Workday or another ATS. Must have proven success in a fast paced environment, have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), high level of discretion, and be a strong team player. Must be detail oriented and extremely organized.
