Summary
Global financial services firm is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to provide white glove service to the candidate life cycle including offer letter process, onboarding, immigration processes, and data management. Answer general questions from employees. Provide support to HR processes to ensure top level client services to all employees. Work closely with HRBPs, Recruiters, Legal and Compliance professionals and others as needed.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate has a college degree plus 3+ years of relevant HR operations experience. Financial services experience required. Must have strong technical skills and experience with Workday or another ATS. Must have proven success in a fast paced environment, have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and be a strong team player. Must be detail oriented and extremely organized.
