HR Business Partner


Exciting and rapidly growing boutique luxury goods business is seeking an HRBP to own the HR function and support the growth of the organization. Full cycle recruiting for very specific types of roles. In addition, responsibilities include policy development, employee relations, performance review process, compensation, onboarding and offboarding, and ad hoc HR projects to further develop the HR function.


The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 5+ years of HR experience in a small, start-up/rapidly growing environment. Strong full cycle recruiting skills are required. Must be knowledgeable/be able to manage all facets of HR and be willing to handle all of the administrative components of HR. Must have great communication skills, strong analytical skills, great decision making skills, and strong consultative skills. Must be excited about working in an environment with little structure and rapidly changing.
