Rapidly growing, boutique luxury goods e-commerce business is seeking an HR Manager to handle the HR function. Full cycle recruiting will be a major component of the role. In addition, responsibilities include first point of contact for all employee inquiries, managing the performance review and year end processes, managing and maintaining the HRIS and ATS systems, managing all employee documentation and ensuring compliance across the company, handling onboarding and offboarding, creating processes and procedures that bring best practices to the company, and ad hoc projects often requested by the management team.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree plus 5+ years of HR experience in a small, rapidly growing environment. Must have worked in an environment of less than 200 employees. Must have strong full cycle recruiting skills. Must be knowledgeable and be able to manage all facets of HR. Must be willing to handle all of the administrative components of HR. Must have great communication skills, strong analytical skills, great decision making skills, and strong consultative skills. Must be excited about working in an environment with little structure and rapidly changing.
