Summary
Rapidly growing, energy based engineering firm is seeking an HR Manager to handle the HR function. The Manager of Human Resources will implement strategies to help further develop its already collaborative environment and commitment to diversity, as it enters its next growth phase. Develop, expand upon, and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices. Create partnerships at all levels of the organization and serve as a resource for employees improving working relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention. Lead and create strategies to achieve organizational culture goals, identify and coordinate ongoing training for staff members and spearhead improvements to HR administrative processes and procedures. Manage onboarding and new hire training process, refine and oversee recruitment and hiring processes. Develop succession plans and work with managers to identify personnel challenges or talent gaps and collaborate to develop solutions to address them.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a human resource related discipline or equivalent experience plus 5+ years of HR experience working in small or medium-sized organizations. Demonstrated track record of working collaboratively as HR partner with a leadership management team in implementing best policies and practices. Experience in organizational development, training and career development, employee relations, compensation, recruitment, benefits, onboarding, performance management, HR compliance. Exceptional interpersonal skills including proven ability to motivate and coach employees and managers, facilitate conflict resolution, and influence decision-making.
