Summary
Top finance firm is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the campus and talent development teams. Responsibilities will include: heavy scheduling, organizing meetings, database management and report creation. Will support campus efforts with interview scheduling and campus/onsite logistics. Will support talent development team with program creation, attendance management, invite distributions and event planning related to workshops, etc. Input data into both ATS and LMS. Run detailed reports and process expenses for team as needed. Arrange travel and manage calendars for team members. Backup for other HR Assistants as needed. Role involves various ad hoc project participation as it arises. Role requires in office 3 days a week at this time.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a completed BA/BS degree plus 2-3 years of relevant admin experience with an interest in HR. Finance or professional service experience required with a track record of in person work. Must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Must be a true team player with a can-do attitude. Must be able to maintain a high level of discretion. Strong technical (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and communication skills required. Knowledge of Bamboo HR, Workday, Greenhouse or any ATS and LMS is a plus. Must be willing to work OT as needed during busier seasons.
