HR Coordinator

Summary

Exciting non-profit is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide support on the small HR team. Have the chance to take on junior HR Generalist responsibilities and learn from top HR talent. Responsibilities will include providing administrative support and coordination of the recruiting process including posting open jobs, screening responses, scheduling candidates, preparing offer letters; preparing onboarding documentation, onboarding new hires, and answering employee questions. Maintain employee files and inputing information in ADP, gaining exposure to employee relations issues, working closely with the Head of HR and the Head of Benefits, and learning all aspects of HR as you go.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have a college degree plus 1 year of relevant HR experience. HRIS knowledge is required, ADP is preferred. Must have some experience in supporting recruiting, ideally some experience supporting benefits. Must be a team player with a can-do attitude. Will be taught all about HR Generalist responsibilities – great opportunity for growth.
