Summary
Well established NYC Private Equity firm is seeking a HR Business Partner to support a population of approximately 150 employees. As the HRBP, you will build strong relationships with the senior management of each division as well as high level exposure to C-Suite executives. You will provide support in employee relations, talent management, recruiting, performance management and training and development. Work closely with HR team to provide well-rounded HR support to your businesses. Develop relevant training programs working with outside vendors to implement. Will work on special projects along-side the Head of HR as well as have shared HR operations and administrative support.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 7 – 10 years of experience, including 5 years of relevant HRBP experience. Experience at financial services firm required. Must have past HR partnership experience with a demanding population. Excellent skillset in employee relations, training and development, recruiting, performance management and data analysis. Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset. Must excel in both the strategic and tactical, and be willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done. Must be high energy, team oriented, have a strong sense of urgency and have proven relationship building experience.
