Top tier private equity firm is seeking an HR Associate to join the team. Responsibilities will include working closely with the Head of HRIS with a global focus on Workday headcount, payroll and benefits modules, project manage new module development and implementation, streamline processes, be point person for management requests and work closely with teams connected to Workday, conduct heavy analytics and reporting, get involved in testing all modules and dive deep into Workday’s details.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 3+ years of Workday experience including experience in these specific Workday modules: Benefits, HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Performance. Must have in-house Workday experience. Must have some project management experience, be extremely detail oriented and have strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be a strong team player willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
