Top tier asset management firm is seeking an HRBP Associate to provide tactical and operational HR support to the Senior HRBPs. Responsibilities will focus on support for talent management, employee engagement, offboarding, learning and development and data analysis. Will also work on ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree and 1-3 years of relevant HR exposure working closely with HRBPs/HR Managers or within ER/L&D/Talent Management. Financial services, buy-side in particular, is preferred. Experience with intricate offboarding scenarios is preferred. Must have a demonstrated ability to develop relationships within HR and across organizations. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is required. Must be a strong team player with great communication skills.
