Well established boutique asset management firm is seeking an HR Associate to join the growing HR function. Work directly under the Head of HR on all aspects of HR including recruitment support, performance management, compensation, learning and development, HRIS, DE&I, and onboarding/offboarding. Handle all of the tactical HR work and ad hoc projects while also working to develop best practices and implement policies and procedures. Will work in the weeds running reports and creating findings and putting them into presentation format as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Financial services experience strongly preferred. Must have strong technical skills especially in Excel (PivotTables and VLOOKUPS). Must be familiar with a HRIS (Workday is a plus). Strong PowerPoint skills are required. Must be analytical with a great attention to detail. Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment required. Must be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
