Boutique Venture Capital firm is seeking an HR Analyst to the own the full cycle recruiting process. Will manage and execute end to end hiring process including writing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, making offers, conducting employee onboarding and will engage with agencies as well. Will also support the internship program – building relationships with campus representatives and serve as point of contact for any employee questions with HRIS systems. Serve as benefits/payroll administrator, subject matter expert and owner of the ATS system, and source /plan recruiting events 4x a year. Responsible for tracking hiring and recruitment data and metrics, providing a quarterly report. Role is in office 3 days per week.
Bachelor’s Degree Required, financial service preferred. Should have 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience and strong Microsoft Office, Excel and PPT skills. Strong organizational and communications skills needed. Must have ability to work independently, multi-task and manage deadlines. Track record of quickly learning new systems and knowledge of Workable a plus.
