HR Administrative Assistant

Summary

Top tier hedge fund is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to support the HR Director as well as other HR Team members. Responsibilities include heavy phone coverage and calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel and expenses. In addition, the HR Administrative assistant will support HR with scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding, offboarding, training, and performance review process, maintaining documents, and organizing events and meetings for the HR department. Handling ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of support experience in a fast paced environment within financial services. Must have an interest in a career in HR. Must be organized, be able to prioritize and multi-task under pressure, and be forward thinking. Must have strong technical skills in MS Office, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong attention to detail. Must be a true team player.
