Top tier Investment Bank is looking for an individual to run their US facilities. Includes 3 established US offices with headquarters in NYC as well other smaller leased locations. Manage a team of 8 and develop a facilities and workspaces strategy that provides a best-in-class experience for all parties.Manage all lease agreements for offices in the US in partnership with legal. Manage all construction/renovation projects in leased facilities in the US, including ownership of relationships with general contractors and external technicians Serve as a subject matter expert for all facilities and workspaces projects and day-to-day operations. Lead all new hire set ups as well as supervise all mailroom, cleaning, hospitality and copy services. Manage workplace management system, assisting with schematics of floor plans as part of any office redesign initiatives. Develop strong relationships with senior leadership and proactively communicate project status updates and pertinent information. Serve as a SME for all facilities and workspaces projects and day-to-day operations
The ideal candidate must have a completed undergraduate degree and 15+ years of work experience in facilities (with 10 in a management capacity). Must have experience in a professional services environment. Must have strong communication skills and a high level of client service skills. Must be able to be successful in a fast-paced, demanding work environment. Ability to manage relationships with senior level executives in a corporate setting and general contractors/technicians. Must have experience developing and managing large operating and capital budgets for facilities and workspace management. Experience managing complex Real Estate lease transactions and office space construction/renovation projects. Willing to travel to other US offices as needed.
