Global consulting firm is seeking a leader to run all of benefits for this 800 person firm. Responsibilities include full service benefits program management: health/dental/vision plans, wellness plans/events, 401K plan, partnering with benefits broker, providing high-level service to the employees regarding all benefits questions, issues that arise, and any concerns. Manage all employees leaves, including FMLA, PFL, STD, LTD and internal paid leave policies; advocate for policy updates. Complete all annual benefits filings, testing and notices, including all ACA required actions. Perform regular audits on data feeds from benefits vendors to ensure accuracy in payroll processing. Candidate must have a completed BA/BS degree and 8-10+ years of professional HR and benefits experience ideally in consulting or financial services. Comprehensive knowledge of health and welfare benefits and related laws and regulations. Experience in wellness program design and vendor management. Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HR team, business leaders and external vendors. Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to support decision making and to develop solutions. Must be proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience using Workday is preferred.
