Facilities Coordinator

Salary: $55-60K
Location: NYC - Midtown


Global asset management firm is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide high level client service hospitality support to conference room coordination, meeting logistics, catering, office supply management and handling invoices.


The ideal candidate must have 5 years of work experience including 2-3 years of facilities or mailroom experience. College degree preferred. Must have strong communication skills and a high level of client service skills. Must be able to be successful in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
