Global asset management firm is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide high level client service hospitality support to conference room coordination, meeting logistics, catering, office supply management and handling invoices.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of relevant experience in a corporate or hospitality setting plus a college degree preferred. Must have strong communication skills and a high level of client service skills. Must be able to be successful in a fast-paced, demanding work environment. Early start: 7am -5pm.
