Global asset management firm is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide high level client service hospitality support to conference room coordination, meeting logistics, catering, office supply management and handling invoices.
The ideal candidate will have about one year of relevant experience in a corporate or hospitality setting plus a college degree preferred. Must have strong communication skills and a high level of client service skills. Must be able to be successful in a fast-paced, demanding work environment. Early start: 7am -5pm.
