Top financial service firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Partner. Provide administrative support with heavy/complex calendar management, extensive international/domestic travel including all logistics and expenses using Concur. Will handle all meeting coordination including booking conference rooms, catering, audio visual, printing materials, and set up/break down. Organize and maintain office space and work on facilities functions related to packages, mailroom, desk set up for new employees and break down for those departing. Will provide personal support for the Partner as needed and ad-hoc support to team members. In office 5 days a week.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors Degree with 5-7+ years of senior level support experience within financial services/investment banking. Must have strong communication, organizational, and software skills. Ability to roll up sleeves, multitask and shift gears as needed. Must be discrete and handle all confidential information.
