Executive Assistant to the CEO

Boutique luxury hospitality firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Serve as gatekeeper for CEO, responsible for heavy calendar management across multiple time zones, prioritizing and handling any calendar conflicts. Handle logistics for meeting and events including compiling and distributing presentation materials and recording meeting minutes. Coordinate domestic and international travel and process expense reports. First point of contact for all internal and external matters regarding the CEO. Be proactive in anticipating the CEO’s needs to help the CEO’s day run smoothly. Provide some personal assistance as well. Ad hoc projects as needed. This role is in office 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of support experience, including c-level support, in a fast paced environment, hospitality is preferred. Must be poised, professional and extremely detail oriented. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to maintain a high level of discretion.
