Summary
Boutique Investment Advisory Firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Head of BDIR and some team members as needed. Responsibilities include managing calendars and internal/external meetings, coordinating extensive international/domestic travel including logistics/itineraries/visas, and expense coordination using Concur. Assist with coordinating internal team events and external client events. Will manage efficient and accurate record keeping in Salesforce, along with running fundraising pipeline and activity reports. Provide personal assistance support for Head of BDIR and ad-hoc projects as requested. Serve as back up to other administrative assistants as needed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of support experience for senior level executives, financial services/investor relations experience required. Candidate will be quick on their feet, have a high degree of ownership and decision making ability, and be capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Should be tech savvy with Microsoft Office and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Salesforce experience a plus. Role is 5 days in office in NYC.
