Executive Assistant to Founder

Salary: $115-$120K
Location: NYC - SoHo


Prestigious well established boutique financial services firm needs an Executive Assistant to support firm’s Founder. Responsibilities include high level gatekeeping, intense and ever-changing calendar management, extensive travel arrangements, high level internal and external communication, detailed meeting planning and coordination, keeping Executive on track, and personal assistant support for the CEO (approximately 50% of role) and his family. Role requires being in the office 2 days per week. Will require general office support as needed when in person.


The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 5+ years of administrative support, including prior experience with in office personal work. Must have top notch technical and written/verbal communication skills. Must have a strategic mindset and prior experience dealing with highly confidential material. Must be a team player with a “no task it too small” mentality. Must be detail oriented, discreet, and analytical. Must have a 24/7 mentality.
