Executive Assistant to Founder/CIO

Summary

Fast paced, boutique global investment management firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CIO. Manage the Executive’s ever changing, complex calendar and email, coordinate commercial and private jet travel, and provide a strong gatekeeping structure. Manage the office’s operations, including some facilities responsibilities. Coordinate team events, supervise the assistants, and handle some personal work for the Executive.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant support experience, financial services experience required. Must be professional with great communication skills and a high level of discretion. Must have the ability to multi-task, be adaptable depending on needs, and have great attention to detail. Must have the ability to build strong relationships with a “can-do” attitude. Strong technical skills required. Must have a proven track record in a fast paced environment.
