Boutique corporate office of a regional construction firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director. Responsibilities include phone coverage, heavy calendar management for ED, travel and expenses for ED and his team, heavy contract work, maintain and update contractor information, digitize many processes and paperwork in the office, and ad hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of relevant administrative support experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Strong technical skills and an ability to digitize processes and information is required. Experience and familiarity with contracts, or a background in legal support, preferred. Must be someone who can be successful working autonomously.
