Summary
Boutique PE firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the COO. Responsibilities include heavy calendar management, coordinating meetings, organizing and preparing meeting materials. Will also handle domestic and international travel arrangements, event coordination, and expense reports. Will do light support for the General Counsel as well as pitch in where needed. Will also support new employee onboarding including ordering technology and setting up new hire meetings. Will assist in planning company wide events as well as working with outside vendors for various office initiatives. Role is in office 4 days a week as of now.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a college degree with 8+ years of senior support experience within financial service. Must have strong technical skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook), organization skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to prioritize. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player with a “can-do” attitude.
