High profile, boutique non-profit is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a small Executive team with heavy calendar management, gatekeeping, travel and expenses, and engaging with high profile external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will also handle all office coordination for the small office including maintaining and ordering office supplies, coordinating hospitality needs for all meetings, and ensuring a clean and stocked kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant executive administrative support experience in a highly professional and efficient environment. Completed BA/BS degree is required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Must be a team player willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed. Strong technical skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are required. Small office experience preferred.
