Summary
Top tier global investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant for their Talent Acquisition team. Provide support to the head of the team and a few direct reports. Responsibilities include heavy calendar management and phone coverage, travel and expenses, inbox management, detailed tracking of candidate information in CRM database, and engaging with internal and external parties and candidates throughout the interview process.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a college degree and 5+ years of relevant administrative support experience, including some senior level support, financial services industry experience required. Must have a proven track record in a fast paced environment with high volume scheduling. Must have managed executive’s inbox. Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills including experience with a CRM database, Salesforce a plus. Must have great attention to detail skills, be a true team player, and be fluid and flexible to an ever changing list of priorities. Must be willing to check and respond to emails outside of core business hours.
