Support a busy partner, one on one, at this global, boutique executive search firm. Provide support to partner with calendar management, gatekeeping and travel coordination. Heavy client contact including meeting preparation and new business documents. Run reports using CRM and convert to usable format for presentations. Coordinate with growing team of 10 team members and act as point of contact for manager whenever possible. Process expenses, prepare board documents and plan team events/offsites. Role is in person in office Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays. In office hours at 9am – 6pm.
BA/BS degree plus 3+ years of prior administrative support experience required. Must have worked in a professional services and boutique office environment with minimal structure in place. Financial services, legal or search experience a plus. Strong MS Office skills including: PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Must be comfortable with new software and technology, including some experience with a CRM. Strong written and verbal communication required. Excellent attention to detail. Must be highly discreet. Must be forward thinking and eager to help grow a business. Proven success in a fast-paced environment.
