Summary
Support 2 C-suite leaders of this top private equity firm. Ensure they are organized by overseeing the team’s day to day responsibilities, ensuring an organized and effective work environment for the team. Act as a liaison between the executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time. Establish project objectives, determine priorities, manage time, gain cooperation of others, monitor progress, problem-solve and adjust plans. Develop meeting agendas. Prepare timely, polished materials, including coordinating and editing presentations and content from across the organization. Take meeting minutes and track follow-up items for executives. Work with company support to make sure calendar requests are met. Manage the executive’s workflow and prioritize accordingly. Anticipate steps ahead. Oversee T and E accuracy and reimbursements. Confirm travel arrangements have been done correctly with event coordination. Work closely with dedicated EA to executives.
Qualifications
Completed BA/BS degree from top school with 3.0 or higher GPA. Must have 3-5 years of prior work experience in a similar seat with project and people management experience. Must be able to juggle and prioritize busy schedules. Must be assertive and a great communicator, both written and verbal. Role involves long hours (typical day in office 8a-6p) with a 24/7 mentality. Must be career oriented and able to learn new industries and make relationships easily.
