Work for a global, boutique executive search firm as they open up their NYC office. Provide support to the Head of the NY office in implementing policies, processes and procedures, liaising with London operations, coordinating internal and external meetings and events, and coordinating office logistics. Will also support the Head of the NY office with his search process including preparing resumes, candidate bios, PowerPoint presentations, database and client management, scheduling candidates and client meetings, and updating status documents. Willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done!
BA/BS degree plus 8+ years of prior support experience required. Must have worked in a professional services environment and in a boutique office environment with minimal structure in place. Financial services, legal or search experience a plus. Strong MS Office Skills including: PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Must be comfortable with new software and technology, including some experience with a CRM. Strong written and verbal communication required. Excellent attention to detail. Must be highly discreet. Must be forward thinking and eager to help grow a business. Proven success in a fast-paced environment.
