Fast growing mental health start-up is looking for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the Co-Founders. Responsibilities include phone coverage, calendar management for in-house meetings / patients/ external meetings, gatekeeping, managing internal and external communications, engaging with marketing to support social media efforts, ensuring schedule runs on time, numerous ad hoc projects for CEO, and personal assistant support including coordinating family travel, paying bills, making doctor appointments, point of contact for home vendors, ordering food and other supplies for the home, and other personal errands as needed.
The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of relevant administrative support experience including some executive level support experience. College degree required. Must be fluid and flexible, and open to working in multiple office locations: Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the office in their home. Must have excellent technical skills in MS Office Suite and either know or can easily learn Google Suite, specifically Google Drive. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must excel with ambiguity and be excited to help the organization thrive and grow.
