Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Summary

Prestigious well established boutique financial services firm needs an Executive Assistant / Office Manager. Responsibilities include handling reception for high-profile and senior level executive guests, providing EA support to a Managing Partner including heavy calendar management, travel and expenses, and coordinating the smooth running of the office including catering, maintaining kitchen and office supplies, and working closely with vendors and building management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 5+ years of administrative support experience, financial services experience preferred. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be well versed in both Microsoft Office and Google Suite.  Must be able to work well both autonomously and as part of a team. Travel arrangement experience required.  Must have a “no -task is too small or too big” mentality.  Must be discreet and detail oriented.
