Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Summary

Global, rapidly growing consumer services firm is seeking a top notch Executive Assistant to support the 3 executives. Responsibilities include heavy gatekeeping and calendar management, travel and expenses, meeting logistics and planning, revising Word and PPT docs, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, office management, reception coverage, and ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 5-7 years of relevant administrative support experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Strong MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Concur are required. Must have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and shift priorities, and be able to simultaneously support multiple executives. Thick-skinned and flexible are key attributes to being successful in this seat.
