Executive Assistant – Investment Banking Team

Summary

Global investment bank is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of investment bankers starting up a new team. Responsibilities will include heavy calendar management, meeting/presentation preparation, travel and expenses, anticipate needs, manage the flow of the day seamlessly across in-office and remote environments.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of relevant administrative support experience, including some senior level support. Financial services or professional services experience required. Must have strong technical skills and have a proven track record of successfully supporting professionals in a fast paced setting and a remote work setting. Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be a true team player who can also work autonomously and be forward thinking.
