Boutique Investment Advisory Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Financial Assets Team. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails, calendars, conference coordination, schedule team meetings and agendas, document and information management and onboard new team hires. Will coordinate travel and itineraries along with expense coordination using Concur. Will assist with event planning and day of execution. Will provide personal assistant support to two Partners and ad hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 -10 years of team support experience, financial services required. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be organized with strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task. Should be tech savvy with Microsoft Office and Teams and possess strong project management skills.
