Boutique Investment Advisory Firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support one of the firms Partners and light support to two Managing Directors. Responsibilities include managing the Partners inbox, heavy calendar for both Partner and MDs, conference coordination, booking travel and itineraries along with expense coordination using Concur. Assist with planning and execution of firm events and back up other administrative team members. Will provide personal assistant support to the Partner with tracking/processing insurance, assist with tax preparation, track investments and other light personal support.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 -10 years of EA support experience, financial services preferred. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be organized with strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task. Should be tech savvy with Microsoft Office and Teams and possess strong project management skills. NY State Notary Public a plus or willingness to get license within 3-6 months.
