Global, boutique asset management firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a few Managing Directors in Business Development. Responsibilities include heavy calendar management, domestic and international travel and expenses, meeting logistics, CRM database input and update, presentation and spreadsheet creation and revisions, and ad hoc projects as needed.
The qualified candidate must have 5+ years of administrative support experience including some coverage of senior level executives. College degree preferred. Must have excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a CRM database (Salesforce preferred). Must be a true team player who is attentive, detail oriented, and can multi-task effectively all in a fast-paced environment.
