Boutique executive search firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder. Responsibilities include extensive and complex calendar management, prioritizing meetings, autonomously, review, maintain and respond to mail in CEO’s inbox, gatekeeping, and attend meetings to take notes. Must be willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done!
Qualifications
BA/BS degree plus 8+ years of prior support experience required. Must have worked in a professional services environment and have supported a C-Suite executive in a fast-paced environment. Finance, legal or search experience a plus. Strong MS Office Skills including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Proven strength in scheduling capabilities required. Must be comfortable with new software and technology, including some experience with a CRM. Strong written and verbal communication required. Must be highly discreet.
