Executive Assistant

Summary

Top NYC foundation seeks an Executive Assistant to support a team of 4 busy executives (some C-Suite). Job will require heavy calendar management and meeting coordination with internal employees and external partners. Will coordinate travel, expense processing and any ad hoc projects including those related to grant giving. Hours are 9am – 6pm daily with the ability to take one hour lunch daily and practically no OT work required. Great work/life balance and really meaningful work.

Qualifications

Completed BA/BS degree required. Must have 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience at a nonprofit or in a professional services environment. Must have strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Must be highly organized and be comfortable managing 4 busy calendars.
