Summary
Global financial services firm is seeking a Team Executive Assistant to support the Business Management team. Responsibilities will include phone coverage, heavy calendar management, scheduling of meetings, conference calls, and meals, domestic and international travel coordination, and processing expense reports. Heavy interaction with front office and external contacts. Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of support experience, financial services experience required with experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating across multiple and global time zones. Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal, and have strong technical skills in MS Office. Must have the ability to multi-task, handle matters with a high level of discretion and have the ability to prioritize and think on your feet under pressure.
