Executive Assistant to CEO

Summary

Boutique financial services firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Responsibilities include heavy phone coverage, calendar management, meeting preparation and logistics, and ever-changing travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, document and spreadsheet creation and revision, and ad hoc projects as needed. Provide personal assistance as well including personal scheduling, coordinating family trips, and coordinating family events.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant support experience, including senior level support, in financial services. Strong attention to detail, stellar communication skills, both oral and written, and excellent organizational skills are all required. Strong technical skills in MS Office required plus an ability to learn new software and remote work tools as needed. Must be forward thinking, assertive, flexible, and a strong team player.
