Boutique Law Firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founding Partner of the firm. Will manage ever-changing professional/personal calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings, personal travel and ad-hoc personal work including booking appointments, lunch/dinner reservations and ordering items as needed. EA will answer incoming calls for potential new clients, conduct new client intake and conflict checks, draft retainer agreements, send out payment instructions and update client files. Opportunity to take on some legal assistant work as time progresses.
Bachelor’s Degree required with 3+ years of EA support experience within legal, professional services or finance. Should possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be able to problem solve and have strong decision making skills. Should have strong software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
