Summary
Global Private Equity firm is seeking an assistant to join the firm to support a senior executive and the chief of staff. It is a busy seat that requires heavy calendar management, both domestic and international travel arrangements, expenses, event planning, meeting planning, materials prep and other ad hoc projects as needed. Will create strong relationships with internal executives and their support teams as well as with outside relationships and clients. Great opportunity to be someone’s right hand and keep their day and business running smoothly.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a completed BA/BS degree plus 8+ years of relevant administrative support experience at the top level. Financial services or similar experience is required. Must be a strong team player, great communicator, have strong technical skills and be able to effectively multi-task. Must have outstanding attention to detail and be able to manage ever changing calendars with precision. Hours are 9 – 6 but must be flexible for OT as needed.
