Executive Assistant

Summary

Global Private Equity firm is seeking an assistant to join the firm to support three busy executives. It is a busy seat that requires heavy calendar management, both domestic and international travel arrangements, expenses, meeting planning, materials prep and other ad hoc projects as needed. Will attend weekly meetings and take notes and create action items. In addition, will prepare materials for quarterly portfolio performance reports. Great opportunity to learn about the private equity industry while supporting a busy team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 4-6 years of relevant administrative support experience. Financial services or other fast moving industry experience is required. Must be a strong team player, great communicator, have strong technical skills and be able to effectively multi-task. Must have outstanding attention to detail and be able to manage calendars with precision. Hours will be either 8-5 or 9 – 6 but must be flexible for OT as needed. Role will require 2 days in the office and 3 working from home at this time.
