Boutique Investment Advisory firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Partner/COO and provide some back up support to some senior level executives. Responsibilities will include: meet and greet guests, heavy phone coverage and calendar management, ensuring the schedule is followed and respected, booking professional/personal travel and expenses using Concur, preparing agendas/documents for meetings and conducting research. Will also assist on personal work related to various boards/organizations, manage dues and renewals for personal memberships, bills, healthcare, calendar, and ad hoc projects. Will provide back up support for other team members and assist with planning and execution of firm events.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree and 5-10 years of relevant support experience, including senior level support. Financial services industry preferred. Will have a positive attitude and approachable personality. They will be quick on their feet, have a high degree of organization and ownership and will be capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast moving, dynamic environment with a no task is too small attitude. Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur.
