Administrative Assistant – PE Fundraising

Salary: $85-90K
Locations: Currently Remote

Summary

Top tier Private Equity firm is seeking a top assistant for a senior executive plus his 2 direct reports. Responsibilities will include: heavy meeting notes,  heavy phone coverage, calendar management, travel coordination and expense reports, heavy document database management, meeting and conference call scheduling, and back up support to other administrative staff. Will send marketing materials to investors/prospects, schedule investor meetings with logins and preparation materials. Take notes on major internal calls. Maintain investor contact lists. Log all calls and pull profiles from Salesforce.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree and 4 – 6 years of relevant support experience. Financial services or professional services industries required. Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), strong technical skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Must have experience with a CRM, ideally Salesforce. Must have an interest in Investor Relations. Must be detail oriented. Lots of growth potential for the right candidate. Must be flexible for  paid OT as needed – core hours will be 9am – 6pm.  Will be remote until September and then 3 days in office going forward.
