Executive Administrative Assistant

Summary

Top tier financial services firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide back-up support to two Senior EAs supporting C-level Executives. Responsibilities will include: phone coverage, calendar management, travel arrangements (business and personal), event logistics, any administrative support as needed, personal errands and some ad-hoc project work.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of relevant support experience (or equivalent internships). Financial services industry experience is preferred. Must have strong written and verbal communication and technical skills. Must be team oriented, strong at multi-tasking, and detail oriented. Experience handling personal assistant support is preferred.
