Boutique Investment Firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the investment team and other senior leadership. Responsibilities include managing phones, meeting and greeting guests, calendars, contacts, and some light personal assistance as requested. Will do heavy travel arrangements both domestic and international as well as roadshow coordination. Process expenses using Concur. Will update CRM as well as work on additional ad hoc projects as they arise. Must be willing to work some light OT as it arises related to travel changes and special situations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of team support experience within financial services or similar. Will be professional and poised with a positive attitude and warm personality. Candidate will be quick on their feet, have a high degree of ownership, and be capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a no task is too small attitude. Should have strong software skills and be tech savvy. Strong track record arranging travel and processing expenses.
