EA to Partners

Summary

Prestigious well established real estate investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the 2 partners. Responsibilities will include heavy phone coverage, calendar management, gate-keeping,  travel arrangements, contact and file management. In addition, will manage office supplies and help to onboard new systems including a potential website upgrade. Will also work on any ad-hoc projects as they arise. Role requires flexibility for some PA support including bill payments, appointment scheduling and research.  Will communicate with outside business partners as well as banks and company owned management division. Flex for work from home as needed.

Qualifications

BA/BS required. Must have strong admin skills with at least 2+ years of prior experience in real estate, finance, insurance or a similar professional services industry. Strong MS Office Suite skills required: Word, Excel and Outlook. Predictable hours with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week most weeks (opportunity for more on occasion). Must have experience with digital file management and using a CRM system.  Must be detail oriented and have a strong numbers aptitude.
